The banking crisis – who is to blame?

I’m not wishing to scapegoat any part of the country in particular, but

HALIFAX Bank of Scotland
BRADFORD and BINGLEY

Just because the county championship didn’t go as hoped, there’s no need to take it out on the rest of us.
