Question Time – an apology

On behalf of the people of Scotland I would like to apologise to my regular reader for Cathy Jamieson.  I would like to assure you that Cathy Jamieson is merely representative of a particular section of a particular party in Scottish politics and should in no way be taken as being representative of the nation as a whole.  Some Scots are erudite, witty, and coherent, capable of sparkling conversation and interesting thoughts on a variety of topics.  Indeed some Scots have hidden depths as opposed to hidden shallows.  So, I’m sorry.  With the good wishes of the electorate something like her won’t happen again.

PS – When did George Galloway start doing an impersonation of Jonathan Watson doing an impersonation of Graeme Souness when talking, you know, for sure?

I watch the telly and read when not doing law stuff and plugging my decade and a half old unwatched Edinburgh fringe show.
