Radio Five Live

I’m working and listening to Richard Bacon (no sign of the operation yet) hosting a debate between Dr Evan Harries and someone else whose name has escaped me about blasphemy, and the good doctor’s proposal to decriminalise blasphemy.  There was a wonderful call  a moment ago from Mary in merseyside about the Church of England bias inherent in blasphemy law ending with her views on whether the messiah ever found himself in a state of priapic euphoria – prompting the man that isn’t the good doctor to much exhalation.

So, a poll:

Who said Radio Bloke was dumbing down?  Bacon becomes more Partridge like by the night.

About loveandgarbage

I watch the telly and read when not doing law stuff and plugging my decade and a half old unwatched Edinburgh fringe show.

I’ll take Kazantzakis’s theories above those of “Mary from Merseyside” any time. If they’re good enough for Martin Scorsese they’ll do for me.
