Lockerbie

My regular reader will be aware that I have more than a passing interest iun the Lockerbie case having close relatives directly affected by the disaster and having been there in the immediate aftermath.  The appeal of Megrahi, the Libyan convicted of the bombing, has started off again in the High Court with initial procedural matters.  There is an excellent blog by Professor Robert Black (from Lockerbie and a crucial figure in the development of the scheme to arrange the trial) which provides regular updates on the case.  The treatment there is far fuller than one would find in the ordinary media – and his insights perceptive.  For those interested in following the new appeal keep an eye on http://lockerbiecase.blogspot.com/.
