I always thought dianetics was a new diet from Rosemary Conley

I’d always wondered why John Sweeney was referred to as “foghorn” by Private Eye.  Well now I know.

From different camera angles

From the BBC perspective (with sober analysis).

and a fair and balanced (TM) version from the Church of Scientology.

When I was a student I was approached by the church of scientology asking me to take a personality test.  For fear that my reaction would have been rather like Zaphod in the Total Perspective Vortex I declined and then found that brandishing a copy of the Daily Telegraph (no matter how many days old) stopped them asking again.

About loveandgarbage

I watch the telly and read when not doing law stuff and plugging my decade and a half old unwatched Edinburgh fringe show.

I won’t lie. If I was stood in front of one of Elron’s patsy’s (patsies?) I’d shout too. Actually no, I’d produce a picture of Lisa McPherson and kick the guy square in the nuts.
