How many police officers does it take to arrest a former Lord Advocate?

Breaking news:

the former Conservative Lord Advocate (senior law officer in Scotland, responsible for criminal prosecutions), Lord Fraser was detained at Dundee airport yesterday after a disturbance on a plane.  No details yet as to the nature of the disturbance (did he like Raj Jandoo, a senior Scottish advocate, claim to have a bomb on-board?  Was it simply air-rage?  DId he do an alleged Southwark and throw children’s toys about shouting “I used to be Lord Advocate, this is what I am” or “I investigated the Holyrood funding debacle, this is what I am.”?)

A quick perusal of his interests reveals that he is president of the British Kazakh society.  Perhaps this was some kind of protest about Borat?

Future developments are awaited with fevered breath and bated anticipation…
