When fake game shows attack number 2

Having suggested the other week inblue_condition‘s threads about unmade game show pilots a programme to be called Fifty Ways to Love your Lever, a one man project presented by Leslie Grantham, I now see that this has a natural home in the forthcoming (no pun intended) Channel 4 season on masturbation.  Some things are beyond parody including the final paragraph of the Guardian article on the topic.

Tony Kerridge said: “There are people who just laugh at the idea, and others say ‘no way’. But we’ve advertised the event and it turns out people are quite up for it.”

Here’s hoping Charlie Brooker’s new show is still on-air when this broadcasts.  In fact, as it’s called Screen Wipes it may even form part of the season.

About loveandgarbage

I watch the telly and read when not doing law stuff and plugging my decade and a half old unwatched Edinburgh fringe show.
