The other day I noted that Noel Edmonds was back on our screens. I now see reported in Marina Hyde’s column in The Guardian (which I cannot find an on-line version of, so here is the same story in the Telegraph) that Noel is suffering from repetitive strain injury. Apparently the act of making regular jerking elbow movements (I hasten to add through lifting the bakelite phone regularly on Deal or No Deal) has caused Noel an industrial injury.
This is obviously not funny.
As Marina Hyde notes it is not big and not clever to laugh at other’s misfortunes.
