This applies in England. But the wording would appear to prohibit new images like this:

As the injunction includes the phrase ‘any naked part of the subject’s body’, couldn’t any photos of ‘the subject’ breach the investigation? Unless ‘the subject’ happened to be wearing a burka in them, of course.

On the other hand, if photos exist of him wearing seethough Y-fronts, then that wouldn’t be “a naked part of his body”…
