The FT story mentioned here yesterday relating to codename: Blackbird (an anonymous bank being sold with a note that it has received financing from the Bank of England) has been hit by an injunction, the lawyers acting in the removal of the relevant pages from the FT website being familiar to those that followed the Tim Ireland and Craig Murray stories.
However, the BBC report of the FT report at Robert Peston’s diary remains live as of this morning.
