Official - you have to be insane and delusional to give money to Conservative party

In a decision that may have wide implications a judge decided that leaving your money to the Conservative party indicates that you are deluded and insane and not of sound mind.  Henderson, J said, the money would not have been left to the Conservative party if the deceased was of sound mind.
