Who does Stewart Stevenson MSP look like?

Having consulted a range of people (and on the basis that Mr Stevenson is this session’s MSP of choice for regular comment) I require a nickname for Mr Stevenson.  There are two possibilities based on his similarities to certain fictional characters.

of the LJ parish or is he more like Beaker from the Muppets as suggested by a good friend who for political reasons must remain anonymous
